Enrolment Forms
All forms in this section must be completed and submitted along with the Application for Enrolment form to be placed on the waiting list.
Enrolment applications for 2027 are now closed. Any applications received will be placed on our waiting list.

On accepting our offer of placement, you will be sent the forms below if applicable:
Preference Certificates
Father Maleko signs Preference Certificates every Tuesday during the school term, at the Presbytery in Heretaunga – Between 3pm and 4pm.
To be eligible:
- You must be living within the Parish area – Stokes Valley to Heretaunga.
- You must have completed the form, and have the Baptism certificate with you.
- If you are coming with a significant other person – that person should be present and must bring along his/her Baptism Certificate.

Early Explorers Programme
The Early Explorers Programme is an induction process for new entrant children and their parents to Brendan’s School. The programme runs over two consecutive weeks and is organised by our Explorers Team Leader, Heather Campbell. Further information is found on your Early Explorers and School Visits letter.
